Excellent location. Host is so helpful and hospitable.

What a superb location! I would never tire of the view from the balcony, a perfect place to sit over breakfast or an evening drink and only minutes walk from the centre of town. Very comfortable and pleasant apartment. Egidio was a welcoming and helpful host who helped us up the hill with our luggage and showed us the best place to park. I would love to come back. Just be aware there are a lot of steep hills and stairs in Urbino if that is an issue for you.

The host is generous and kind. The flat has a fantastic view and balcony you can eat on and is in an excellent location. Urbino is wonderful

Perfect location to visit Urbino, just 5 minutes walking from the central square. Kindeness of the owenership. Great terrace facing Urbino.

We went a wrong way (by Google map), almost entering the city center ZTL zone, stopped and called the host Egidio asking for help; he immediately came by motorcycle and led us to the apartment. The whole apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the view directly to the Palazzo Ducale from the balcony is so amazing as everyone said! The location is perfect and parking is very easy too! A bakery around the street corner makes very good pastries with lots of choices for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here, are interested in lots of things in and around and would like to come back again!
