great pool nice hosts a lot of space free parking everything clean possibility to buy some beverages at the pool for cheap price wonderful views! quiet place

communication only in Italian despite having pass to Wifi - did not working at all (but had our own internet so was not problem for us), also received information that Wifi is working only at the room (did not have chance to check) quite far to go by foot to Urbino (should have car) nearest supermarket is 3-4 km away (need also to have car)

Overpriced All rooms are in basement of villa. Need proper cleaning and disinfection. We killed several Cocroaches in the room. Pool os public.. 120cm deep all length. Mandatory swimming caps. Even though is hard to swim with many people in pool. No running around or jumping in pool . so not for families with kids. No WiFi . Owner took our outdoor furniture without asking and used it for her primary guests which are locals coming to her pool and restaurant. Restaurant is not for guests who pay for basement. Owner doesn't speak any other language than Italian and is very kind when you are paying. Pool boy speaks English. We booked 3 nights but stayed 2 because of Cocroaches. Owner felt offended and was not pleasant. With this price feels like total scam.
