Чудові апартаменти прямо біля станції Kivisto. Кодовий замок на вхідних дверях і на дверях номера. Власник відповідає на всі питання дуже швидко і зрозуміло. Жодних проблем не виникло з потраплянням в помешкання. Прямо перед входом паркінг на 30 хвилин - можна зручно розвантажитись. Поруч зі вхідними дверями цілодобовий продуктовий магазин. Поруч аптека, у трьох хвилинах пішки - супермаркет Lidl, інші магазини, різні кафе. Паркінг також у трьох хвилинах пішки, немає проблем з вільними місцями. Але треба уважно дивитись на знаки, бо власник паркінгу маніпулює їх розташуванням, щоби збирати штрафи за неправильне паркування всередині паркінгу. Свіжий ремонт, чисто, зручне ліжко. Є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Просторий балкон вікнами у двір з кріслами і софою з подушками і пледами і зі столиком. Тихо і затишно.

Erittäin siisti asunto, yhteydenpito sujuvaa ja nopeaa, koodilla sisään. Mukava viihtyisä parveke kesäiltana. Kaikki välttämätön paikalla. Lähellä ruokakauppa. Hissi talossa. Hiljainen, naapureista ei kuulunut ääntäkään. Lähellä n.300m parkkialue.

Suihkuun tarvitaan suihkunatto jaloille. Muuten erittäin hyvä majoitus.

Location and late check in.

We had to make a last-minute booking due to an unexpected change in our travel plans and arrived late at night, leaving us with no option to cancel. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with the expectations set by the listing and reviews. While the hosts appear to be aiming for a hotel-like standard, several advertised amenities were either missing or not adequately provided. For instance, toiletries, towels, bedsheets, and even proper mattresses were of poor quality upon arrival. Cleanliness was the most concerning issue. The floors emitted a strong chemical odor that caused skin irritation when walking barefoot. We had to keep the door open for ventilation. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were visibly dirty, making them difficult to use. Lighting throughout the accommodation was also poor, which made the space feel dim and uninviting. It further emphasized the lack of attention to comfort and detail. There were other small but troubling details—such as what seemed to be trash bags used as duvet covers—which suggested a lack of care in preparing the space for guests. Parking was another major challenge; we had to wait nearly two hours to secure a spot in the nearby public lot, as there was no reserved or guaranteed parking. Overall, this stay did not reflect the quality or comfort described online. We hope this feedback encourages more accurate representation and improvements moving forward.

The toilette paper is a nightmare, for $80 eu you expect something of better quality
