Amazing accommodation - really clean and tidy and everything you need. There were loads of utensils and products in the kitchen - far more than most. The property felt welcoming and the access arrangements easy to follow.

My only downside was the travel arrangements to Oxford with the current road closures (I could have researched this further before coming) but did find a walking route (55 mins) and used the park and ride from Redbridge.

Clean and very quiet in a lovely area. Secure and safe as well as being so roomy. Facilities were very comprehensive as we had all we needed. Perfect for access to Oxford and great for day trips to anywhere in the Cotswolds area. Would happily stay again.

I had booked it to be close to Harcourt University for my graduation only to be told a week before that it was in Headington. So logistics were not easy to get there. Nevertheless we worked it out. That is nothing to do with the apartments but I couldn’t cancel once I realised.

Very clean, lots of toiletries, cleaning products.

Very functional and clinical looking, not warm and inviting. BED creaked, mattress too Soft. Position of TV on wall, uncomfortable from Sofa that you had to 'twist' sideways to see it causing a stiff neck ! CHAIRS in bedroom and Dining table chairs HARD functional as in Cafe's. BATHROOM Basin PLUG does not go down, therefore you had to keep the tap running, what a waste of water ! Bathroom FAN does not work, causing odour from toilet after using Toilet for a poo. Apartment ABOVE was not aware of. Noisy guests above, banging doors, shouting to each other and screaming (3 women) Reluctantly, the owner spoke to them when we complained to her as one of us have Angina, causing us stress, but her first response was "well we have never had any complaints before". Rugs in lounge and Bedroom are tatty looking, need replacing. Please note: WITHOUT A CAR it is 2 buses into Oxford town centre, the 400 from Brookes Campus, then a 10 minute walk to catch the S1 bus by the railway station, due to MAJOR ROAD WORKS on the Bridge which has been On going for over 2 years we were told ! Did not feel this apartment was worth £125 per night ! The one we had stayed in previously was more cosy and quiet for less money £82.00 per night in April in Witney with Shorlet Stays in Oxfordshire. BRISK notice on lounge door in Bold, requesting guests to vocate by 10.00 am could be worded more guest friendly ! BED sheet on TOP required as winter duvet was too hot as another guest has mentioned too ! TV needs updating too, as another guest mentioned.

Mattress was uncomfortable

Location was safe, secure and beautiful. Amenities provided were above expectation and security was ideal. Overall great experience, not too far from city center and hosts catered to all our needs/requirements. Flat was warm (underfloor heating) and did not feel cold/drafty.

Kitchen sink tap has a leak that was spraying water back making cleaning dishes a little awkward. TV kept cutting out and is very dated/small, could do with an upgrade.

The apartments were located outside the central Oxford city area. They are in an attractive street with easy access to the bus service.
