Modern Bright 1-2 Bed Apartments Oxford, with Free Parking ,OX4 Near BMW Science Park & Hospitals

Close to bus stop, good wifi, good space for a couple, comfortable facilities, responsive staff. We forgot something and had to go back after check out. They responded quickly, and we got it sorted fast.

The bathroom sink is a jet that sprays everywhere. Couldn't use it without getting your shirt wet. Didn't know there was an early check in fee until we arrived, but we didn't follow up prior to arrival, so it was what it was.

Spacious accomodation

Far from town center. No place to deposit your luggage if you arrive early. Stingy with toilet paper.

Necesita mejorar en pequeños detalles como: más utensilios de cocina (solo 3 tenedores por ejemplo), avisar de que la lavadora solo utiliza programas con agua caliente aunque la programes en frío (se me estropeó alguna pieza de ropa), pequeña fuga de agua de la ducha, etc

Es gab eine Kaution von 320€ zu bezahlen, von der bei der Buchung nichts zu erkennen war. Ohne die Zahlung kein Zutritt zur Wohnung. Rückzahlung hat 2 Wochen gedauert, kam aber. Schloss an der Balkontür war ein Witz.

Well situated for our requirements. Overall a nice apartment.

A few maintenance issues needed sorting out during our stay

It was clean and spacious, very comfortable

Nothing not to like- issue with others taking up parking but that’s not a property issue

The automatic heating turned off around 9pm and we were cold the two nights we were there. After paying for the accommodation we then had to pay another £250 security deposit to get our room code. This was difficult to do outside the premises in the cold and dark. I also had to scan my drivers licence and don’t know what happens to these confidential details. I have been scammed before and are very cautious but had no choice to pay extra as I could not get a refund. The unit was left in a clean and tidy state but the last time I had secure internet and checked my £250 had not been returned.

Adequate for requirements.

Some repairs required. Bath needing repaired sofa had burn hole in arm.
