The Wharf - Oxford City Centre with Garden at Lyter Living Serviced Accommodation Oxford

Location, bright open plan comfortable, main bedroom very spacious kitchen well equipped. Appreciated being able to arrange an early check-in.

Just a couple of things...in the second bedroom a small beside table and lamp would have been useful. Mattress protector on bed

We came summer and it was an easy walk to Christ church meadiows where we did our daily morning jog. It was lovely to have our coffee after in the garden area where we were treated with an everyday sight of a squirrel or two.

The location is great - only five or six minutes away from main hub of the city. Spacious apartment on two floors. Downstairs toilet is a bonus and the outside space was very good, particularly as the weather was warm and sunny. The main bedroom was a good size, the smaller was manageable. A bedside lamp in the small room would have been nice and lack of wardrobe and/or chest of drawers was tricky. Some areas were a bit tired. The bedside cabinet in the spare room needed an update and the storage cupboard beneath the sink in the main bathroom could benefit from being replaced. But apart from those two things, everything was in good repair and the apartment was very clean and a joy to be in. It had everything you could need and more. Washing machine and coffee machine were added extras making this home from home incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Communications with Lyter Living were great and we felt well supported should we have needed help with anything. All in all we had an excellent stay and we will definitely pursue staying in this accommodation again on our next trip to Oxford.

The smaller of the two bedrooms would benefit fr a bedside lamp.

Very good and clean inside. Garden and outside building average.

Entrance a little hidden but once you get used it is in a convenient place, short walking distance to the city centre. Everything was very clean and the staff, whom we contacted afterwards in order to get an invoice, was very nice and helpful. The weather was not too good, but the pretty patio really is a big plus if you're lucky to come on sunnier days.

Great location. Living room was nice and comfortable enough.

Not very clean, bedroom was very dusty. Air fresheners were put out by the hosts in the living room and bedrooms which had a very strong smell when we arrived. Walls are very thin. I think the upstairs walls must be right next to the appartment on the other side of the hallway, as we could hear their conversations very clearly late at night. A lot of paperwork and a disproportionate deposit to pay just to complete the booking. I don't know if the system is made for longer term stays but it was a lot of faff for two nights. I'm being a bit picky but considering the price, it wasn't great value.

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the advertisement and photos. Exceptionally comfortable, spacious, warm and well appointed. The bedlinen and towels were soft and comfortable. Tea, coffee pods etc were available on arrival and were most welcome. The apartment was convenient to Oxford’s many restaurants, pubs, shops and attractions. Interactions with the property management team, Lyter Living Services, thru WhatsApp were quick, efficient and exceptionally helpful. The instructions & video links with info on accessing the property were excellent. I would recommend this property, and Lyter Living, to anyone visiting Oxford for pleasure or business

I found the remote operation of the Inspire central heating controls by the management company to be frustrating, altho the Management Company quickly advised me on how to Boost heatings when I needed a bit more warmth in the apartment.
