Kommunikation und Organisation top von anfang bis ende eine 12 von 10!

Die küche war etwas zu wenig ausgestattet für unsere Bedürnisse aber viele die in diese Stadt fahren werden diese natürlich nicht benutzen :)

Personale gentile e presente. Pronto a soddisfare le richieste. La casa è situata in una stradina tranquilla e per nulla rumorosa non essendo prettamente di passaggio. Molto spaziosa al suo interno. Dista 10 minuti più o meno a piedi dall' Arena e altri posti strategici.

Le mura del palazzo un po' troppo "sottili". Si sentiva tutto degli altri appartamenti

"Soggiorno ottimo a Verona"

Struttura al centro di Verona ( neanche 10 minuti dall’Arena ), soggiornato qua nel periodo dei mercatini , ottima posizione (5 minuti dalla via dei mercatini) . Appartamento spazio ben curato , pulito e con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Il personale che gestisce gli appartamenti davvero gentile e disponibile. Davvero consigliato.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy centrico. La comunicación con la persona responsable del apartamento fue muy buena, atenta en todo momento. Pasamos unos días geniales, ya que el apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo básico.

Por decir algo, la persiana del salon estaba rota y entraba luz. Tampoco habia cortinas, por lo que en el salón no había intimidad al no poder bajar la persiana.

ich wurde per WhatsApp angeschrieben und die Kommunikation hat 1a geklappt. Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert und mussten nur wenige Minuten warten

Die Wohnung war etwas kühl. Wir mussten die Radiatoren/Ventile öffnen. Am Folgetag war die Temperatur etwas höher, aber noch etwas frisch. Am 3. Tag war es perfekt. Bitte stellt das nächste Mal die Heizung an bzw. heizt die Wohnung vor dem Antritt der Gäste ein. Für die zukünftigen Gäste: informiert den Gastgeber sofort, sie werden euch helfen. Wir hatten etwas zu lange gewartet

"It is a good stay in the center"

It is really in the center of Verona. We were there on a very rainy day and could reach everything quickly walking. The parking service by Mario worked perfect. And Valeria welcomed us. Thank you.

It took long until the apartment was warm - couple of hours. Bett and shower are okay.
