Posizione ottima e gestore/proprietà sempre reperibile al cellulare il che non è poco.

Messe a terra le valigie, rimane davvero poco spazio calpestabile. Una camera senza aria condizionata con solo una piccola finestra che apre su un cavedio interno pieno di unità esterne di condizionatori che sparano aria calda, quindi impossibile da aprire

The location of the apartment was great, the centre is just a short walk away along the river. It is also nice having an outside space.

The photos of the apartment weren't accurate: no wardrobe, only one indoor chair (when the apartment hosts up to three), one wine glass, etc. The apartment was still dirty upon arrival (toenail clippings on the floor). The layout of the apartment proved frustrating: light switches in odd places; annoying doors; a very tight bathroom; we found it complicated for two people, let alone three. Check-in & check-out took a long time (ultimately waited 1 hour outside flat to get the keys despite being told it would be automatic check-in), poor communication from host.
