We absolutely loved the location - right next to Juliette's balcony/cove on the one side and very close the Piazza dei Signori with a lovely park close by to relax. Close to Arena and busstop. Great eateries and shops all around us. The vibe was fantastic with the Pizzaria downstairs - loved their music and chatter (which calms down at about midnight). The flat itself is marvelously laid out with all the amenities you might need (bring your own sjampoo, body lotion and tooth brush and toothpaste though😅). And the balcony was 100 The coffee and tea was FANTASTIC - thank you Illaria for your thoughtfulness on even the smallest details. We will definitely visit you when in Verona again and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Verona. PS: remember the stairs (4 flights of them.... but no stairs, no balcont, no view....)

Clean beautiful apartment in middle of the historic city centre. Everything is walking distance and restaurants nearby are amazing. Everything was lovely clean and comfortable and I loved the locking system made me feel more secure as a female solo traveller! The owner checked In with me when I arrived made sure I had everything I needed even left a bottle of water and plenty coffee and tea for my stay! She even gave me lots of information on the local area and safety info if needing hospital or doctor or pharmacy.

You are in the city centre so there is a little noise from the bar downstairs if you have an early night but if you are in the city it's expected so didn't bother me at all!

Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of town , all the sites are walkable. Right by shops and a beautiful square, fab bars and restaurants.

Only a minor matter but apartment is in town so can be some late noise (just Saturday evening)

This flat is located in a side road in Verona Old Town, literally around the corner of "Juliet's Balcony". This means that all the infrastructure (bars, shops etc.) are very near. The flat is located on the second floor (British, US: third floor) and comprises one room which is not too big, but very beautifully laid out and very comfortable for one to two persons. It contains a small kitchenette. It seems very new, but tastefully integrated into the old building. Communication with Illaria - the host - is a delight: before arrival, correspondence is fast, accurate, and reliable. She also basically immediately answers any WhatsApp messages during the stay. Check in is easy. So it is the perfect stay for a single person or a (loving ;-) ) couple.

There is nothing I could complain about. However, a few points that you need to know (which did not bother me): - The house is old and does not have an elevator. Thus, you need to carry up your baggage through a narrow staircase. - In the - again: narrow - street there is a cocktail bar that closes later in the evening. It gets more quiet after 10pm, but is still audible.

Great location, in the heart of things. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was a good size with a little balcony. It was great to have a small table with chairs and a kitchenette. Definitely safe with an interesting entry and exit method. The bed was comfortable, water was hot, WiFi was good. Cafes and restaurants are so close and Piazza Erbe is literally a couple of minutes walk. We walked everywhere including to the funicular. We didn’t get to meet our hosts, a sign of the times, but Ilaria provided excellent instructions prior to our arrival including somewhere to store our luggage until check in was available. It was only a couple of minutes from the apartment. There was also a lot of tourist information in the room. We would definitely recommend.
