Ottima posizione a ridosso del centro di Verona, possibilità di ceck-in anticipato per lasciare i bagagli in appartamento, supermercato vicino.

parcheggio a pagamento molto difficile in strada e costoso in altri parcheggi, bar di prossimità di bassa qualità. Nell'appartamento mancava un kit di pronto soccorso e comunque con scarsa manutenzione generale dell'immobile e dell'impianto elettrico, non erano presenti piumini o coperte aggiuntive visto il periodo invernale, qualche attrezzatura da cucina da sostituire poichè pericolosa.
