Owners behaviour, the way he talks to customer is not at all good. He is so rude and arrogant.

No proper electrical fittings, no remote for AC, to stop AC need to jump and switch of the AC, Fan speed fixed at top speed, you can't reduce the speed, no bed lamp, one tube light hanged on single wire, doesn't know when it will fall on your head, no night watchmen, none of the staff appeared after 11 pm, nothing to tell about kitchen bcz there is no kitchen or utensils, its like 3 in 1 Hall, Kitchen and Store room.

Individual apartment with privacy

Needs further maintenance with regards to electric fixtures Basic facilities like water bottles and tea coffee can be included

Rooms are good but AC not working

AC's are not working even informed no action taken

Location is calm and quite. Staff behavior is good.

Not at all clean. Floor was sticky and slippery. We found few beer bottles in the kitchen. No toiletries were kept and we had to call for few times to get it.

Size of the bedrooms and cleanliness Owner was reachable over phone and able to activate the channel packs that we requested Location and plenty of place outside property for parking. Parking space available for three cars inside property.

Kitchen does not look clean compared to bedrooms, very few utensils. Can't even make a coffee as there is no utensils. All we had was a water kettle and a cooker with few plates. The coffee cups had stains and was not comfortable using them. Broken TV in one of the bedrooms.
