Die Vermieterin / Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist sauber, die Ausstattung praktisch und zweckmäßig. Alles in allem: ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Sie ist sehr geräumig.

Die Wohnung war leider sehr alt und sehr dreckig . Im Schlafzimmer haben wir Blutflecken entdeckt . Badezimmer war auch sehr schmutzig.

Die Lage am See, der schnell Fußläufig erreichbar ist, war sehr schön.

Die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit war das größte Manko, neben den sehr unbequemen, harten Betten. Die Putzfrau haben wir selbst gesehn, was sie allerdings in der Ferienwohnung gemacht hat, ist uns unklar! In den Waschbecken lagen Haare und es klebte Zahnpasta überall. In der Toilette waren die braunen Überbleibsel vom Vorgänger, die Dusche war dreckig und der Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert. Alle Böden waren dreckig und schmierig, die Küche klebrig, der Kühlschrank stark verschmutzt und die hingehangenen Trockentücher und Spühltücher bereits nass, stinktig und dreckig. Im Flur nach oben sollte man die Schuhe ausziehen, damit man dann dort direkt dreckige Socken bekommt. Der unterer Flur, der von der Vermieterin mit genutzt wird, wurde 5 Tage lang nicht einmal sauber gemacht, obwohl dieser (nicht nur durch uns) sehr sehr stark verschmutzt war. Wir haben extra auf eine kinderfreundliche Umgebung geachtet, da wir mit unserem 2 Jährigen Kind dort waren. Der angepriesen Spielplatz war leider durch starke Vernachlässigung, sehr marode und eingewachsen, sodass wir diesen nicht benutzten konnten. Auch die Vermieterin war leider nicht so freundlich, wie hier mehrmals beschrieben. Zum Abschluss war der See Blick leider auch nicht vorhanden! Sehr schade!!!

Die Treppe zur Wohnung muss mit angegeben werden. Im Bad Badewanne, keine Dusche. Im Wäschepaket kein Geschirrtuch, in der Küche kein Abwaschlappen.

Host was quite friendly and it was a great value for the night

It is very basic and you need to pay extra for blankets and towels what is nowhere indicated at the time of booking.

Only positive I can find is that we only stayed for 1 night, on our way to our destination. And the parking.

Everything. You have to pay for the linen 7€ / person which is stated in the description. But.. they didn't feel very clean. The biggest problem though is that the overall description is misleading, doesn't match with what you get. In the instructions found inside the apartment it says that you have to sweep the floors, clean, take out the garbage, leave used linen and towels somewhere, besides making you own bed to begin with. Didn't found anywhere the mentioned basket for the dirty laundry, so I left them on the hallway floor. Another big problem is getting there. There is another rental nearby with almost same name so we got there first. Then we found right adress but still difficult to find as it is in the end of a dirt road with no signs along the way. We met a nice lady at the first wrong adress who offered to lead us with her car. Apparently this had happened before, she said another guest before us gotten to her adress by mistake. If it hadn't been for her we might not have found the house, as we arrived late and it was dark plus being tired. A funny overall smell, like damp, dog, sth. It's located in a kids summer camp which is also not stated. My bad for not reading ALL of the reviews as many guests before have made same complaints.

The room and the facilities were nice. Location ok, good if visiting Hansa-Park. Location easy to find in the daylight, not so much if you were arriving when it was dark.

The property owner, doesn't state on the listing how much it is for bedding/towels usage (7 Euro's per person). It also doesn't state that you have to make the beds, as well as remove the bedding, and place along with the towels in a basket- which is hidden in a cupboard, when you leave. You are also required to take all the rubbish out, clean the rooms and sweep as well. (with the euro's you can pay in cash via a 'honesty tin', or via Paypal). This is before there is a lack of instructions for retrieving the key if you arrive past the manned check-in time, and the site could do with some signage at the end of the residential street to tell you where it is- (it is down a dirt track at the end of the residential street). Had we turned up in the dark, we would not have found it. It is also on an Kids Holiday Park- this is also not stated on the listing, which is fine if the children are not too noisy.- we had no issues, but had we known all of this, we most likely wouldn't have booked this place. I pay to stay at place's so all these things listed are covered in the price you pay, not to have to do it myself!

Nice apartment with all that you need. Bakery just 4 minutes walk from the house.
