A perfect location, near the center. A cosy appartment, and a quite street.

Would be perfect if there were water for our arrival and some blankets for the living room/sofa

This property advertises itself (and Booking.com classifies and filters it accordingly) as one offering "FREE PARKING". Then - in the final notes - it admits it refers to free public parking existing in Tarifa, whilst this property has no private parking at all. But I find this TWICE FRAUDOLENT: 1) it is unfair towards honest properties in Tarifa who do not advertise themselves using the same trick; 2) it tricks "Booking.com" filter, which presents it as offering (its own) "free parking". Needless to say, in spite it now being low season, we did not encounter any free public parking available, and also the (public) paid parking nearby was quite busy....

I liked the following: - apartment interior design - location - kitchen was equipped with items to make food. - there was clean towels and bedsheets - there was shower gel, shampoo, handwash soap and dishwashing liquid. - clean

- there is no privacy in the apartment as it is open space. Which means if you are with other people (family or friends) then it is not very comfortable. The only place that has a privacy is the toilet room which is very small space. - the shower room is big space, the door is a see through so whoever takes a shower will have no privacy. We had to put a bedsheet over the shower door to make it private while taking a shower. - the shower floor is split into two sections, they have added a wooden base to stand on while your taking a shower which is good. However, when you step off the wooden base and step on the floor that is wet, the floor is slippery and if your not careful you could risk falling and hurt yourself. - the shower's hot water is a very odd system they have, if someone takes a shower and uses the hot water then the next person will have to wait a few hours until the hot water is reloaded into the system. NOT VERY IDEAL when your in the middle of the shower and the hot water runs out. The staff should really provide this information in the apartment description. Also if there is more than one person staying in the apartment then it's not ideal for each person to wait a few hours until there is hot water. We weren't told about this silly system, we highlighted the issue twice and the staff didn't do anything and their response wasn't exactly very professional in dealing with the issue when highlighted! Change your hot water system! - There is a dishwasher in the apartment but when you turn it on, the dishwasher never ends or stops it continues to wash the dishes and doesn't seem to have a timer even though we tried a few different modes that it had on it. So we didn't use it as it was pointless and a waste of water and electricity! Get a better dishwasher! - The kitchen extractor fan doesn't work, so if your cooking then the whole apartment turns into a little sauna with all the cooking heat and steam.
