Čistota, přivítání na recepci..

Having had a 7 night stay in Prague "sleeping" on very hard uncomfortable mattresses we were exhausted and hence were so pleased that our spacious apartment had one very comfortable, soft, big bed (great topper) which was a dream to sleep in. My daughter also liked the sofa bed which was also big and comfortable. Beds are so important for guests as sleep or lack of it can ruin a holiday. The appartment is in the centre of Plzen and although there are construction works going on in the square the view from the big window is lovely. There was a washing machine, a small kitchenette, table and chairs, TV, internet and shower room. Located about 20 minutes from the train station on foot and easy to find. The lady at reception ( responsible for the whole building) didn't speak English or German which was at first a bit confusing but we were sent up to the correct floor and greeted by a friendly lady who was cleaning rooms. Generous check in and check out times giving us some flexibility. We hope to return.

Windows could have been cleaner as they were pretty mucky. But who cares really. We could see out. Quite light in the morning. Construction works were noisy but when the square is finished it will be very beautiful and obviously much quieter.

Slečna na telefonu byla ochotná , 24 hodin recepce ,zaměstnanci recepce velmi nápomocni .

Bohužel parkování je velká komplikace , nakonec jsme našli místo kde se platilo parkování v automatu ,po 45 minutovém boji kdy nám automat vracel peníze , nechtěl kartu jsme zaplatili pomocí qrkodem .Takže je nutné k ceně ubytování ještě připočítat podle délky pobytu i několik stovek ,nebo tisíc korun za parkování .

Es ist alles sehr sehr sauber! Es ist einfach aber modern mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert.

Es war sehr laut in der Nacht - es war zeitgleich aber ein Fest in Pilsen. Es war deshalb nicht möglich, das Fenster nachts zu öffnen. Selbst durch die geschlossenen Fenster war es recht laut bis spät in die Nacht. Es gab außerdem zwei verschiedene Arten von Kissen, eines davon war leider sehr fest.

Pokoj pro 4 osoby, ale rozkládací gauč byl rozbitý a nedalo se na něm spát. Divný zápach.

The room had a fantastic view of the square undergoing construction. The cleaning woman was very nice and helpful. The elevator was necessary for me so I was happy. Kitchen stuff and coffeemaker were put to good use.

The only negative was that the bathroom door took extra effort to close.
