Nous avons réservé, payé mais nous n'avons pas eu accès a l'hôtel. Personne pour nous aider on est resté jusqu'à 4h du matin a attendre. Je suis en chaise roulante. 2 enfants en bas âge. Grosse arnaque

The hosts communicated via WhatsApp & it was very easy to find the key safe & let ourselves in. The apartment is in a good location in the old town for visiting restaurants & exploring the town. Whilst dated, it was comfy enough & very clean. The air conditioning worked well. We found free on-street parking easily in the roads just outside of the old town.

Whilst clean, the apartment really needs updating. The grey plaster on the walls and bathroom floor is dated & chipped. The wet room is old fashioned, inconvenient and very worn. The sofa-bed (which we had to make-up ourselves) is only large enough for 2 small children. There were warnings about not leaving make-up marks on the towels unless we wanted to incur a fine which was strange! Maybe they have had guests in the past who have trashed the apartment? There was no door handle on the front door.
