Mooi compleet appartement op 1 hoog; 2 trappen op, woonkamer, 1 slaapkamer, badkamer, keuken met eettafel. Keuken is compleet, geen vaatwasser, wasmachine. Dichtbij stadscentrum, winkelcentrum en bezienswaardigheden. Alles op loopafstand. Beheerder appartement reageert vrijwel onmiddellijk en onderneemt actie bij 'problemen'. Ook communicatie verloopt vlot.
