The location was perfect. Central Tavira with everything within a very short walk.

The property was adequate but tired. The bathroom door wouldn’t open/close properly and needed mending (saw and drill bit left behind and not collected despite being advised). The shower head kept falling out of its cradle and the shower cubicle was in need of upgrading. The hot water was almost boiling and the pipe so hot it caused a burn on my arm when I touched it accidentally. A hot water warning notice would be useful. The living area was adequate and facilities all we expected for an Airbnb. The outside area on the roof was lovely. Again in need of an upgrade but a lovely place to sit in the morning or evening. Overall, a great find but in need of some TLC for the cost.

The appartment was extremely clean and the decoration was very nice. It was very central but not noisy , within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Be aware that you can't walk to the beach you will have to get the ferry which costs€ 2.50 pp

The bed was very hard and the toilet needs updating as the door did not close. Not enough toilet paper supplied ! Not enough plugs in the kitchen. Only 2x pods of coffee for 4 days for 2x ppl . The attitude of the staff . Definitely they require better training on how to deal with guests .I was not feeling well and asked if we could check in earlier but the person I spoke to kept on telling me her colleague was not in the office and she would call me after 30 min .I had to keep on calling and calling as they never got back to me . Eventually after 4 o'clock and me having to a shouting match with another employee she arrived to do the check in. I will go back to Tavira but will not be staying at Appartamentos da Cidade.Please train your staff better and make sure there's communication between the employees.

Great bright new clean stylish room and place. Central to restaurants and shops but off on a quiet street. The rooftop area was a nice area to relax in. I recommend this nice find if they can fix the induction stove and just not list that they have a washer. Stairs up to the unit.

I had to wait for the host to show up with keys. Looked like they were training a new girl as they came in a pair but she was the one that went over things- looked like corporate management out of an office far away in Cabanas. Would be very helpful to just have a code to get in on your own. Main complaint is the induction stove did not work and I wasted my money on groceries to make a meal. Also, they had listed a washer and there was not one and that is one of the reasons I chose this place.

Spacious. . location.

No washing machine. Not enough electric plugs in kitchen area.. Bathrooms need upgrading.
