Having a key pad would be a big improvement; we were charged an extra 50 Euros for arriving 25 minutes after 9pm, even though we had to wait another 10-15 minutes in the cold for someone to arrive and let us in. (We had informed them of our flight number and as we left the airport to begin the 1/2 hour journey). It seemed rather unreasonable when arriving any time after midnight would only incur an additional 20 Euro charge. Had some of the money been used to provide a welcome basket with basic essentials, such as water, that would have been appreciated, as it was then difficult trying to find an open shop after 10pm. The building is now a little tired and needs some maintenance works; the damp / mould in the downstairs bedroom and the leaky shower rail in the bathroom need addressing. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and so you hear everything from the properties next door. Building works throughout our stay (even on Sunday) starting sometimes at 7.30am and going on until 11.30pm, when I had to knock on the door and ask them to stop, undoubtedly tainted our experience. Only one toilet roll per toilet and three dishwasher tablets were provided for our 8 day stay; no soap or shampoo. This was disappointing given the charge. In our experience, these are usually customary these days.

Fabulous location close to town which is a real gem.

Our ground floor bed could have been more comfy. The bedrooms need waste bins. The downstairs shower cubicle was too small resulting in shutting off the shower unintentionally. The microwave was difficult to operate and we failed to find instructions for it but thay may have been our fault.

Localizacao perfeita, às portas da N125. Vista total para o lado norte, de montanha e campo... espetacular ao por do sol e nascer do sol. Piscina algo pequena, para tanta gente, mas agradável na mesma. Havia, em toda a volta, uma sensação de harmonia com a natureza. Belos cheiros a jasmim, oliveiras lindas, o som (e visita) de diversas aves (inclusivé, à noite, uma coruja...

Ha diversos equipamentos que deveriam ser substituidos... esfregona partida, estendal com varetas partidas tambem, O Grelhador não estava limpo. As grelhas estavam cheias de gordura e tivemos de perder bastante tempo para as colocar de forma em condiçóes de uso.

Well equipped kitchen, plenty of room and storage in the bedrooms. All rooms have AC

All mattresses were VERY hard. Only one sun bed which was on the terrace. No sun beds around the pool area.
