Clover House Tavira

The property was very nice and centrally located. We particularly liked the roof terrace and having 2 bathrooms.

The steps to the roof terrace are very steep so s rail to hold onto would be good. Unfortunately the day after we arrived there was a burst water pipe outside and we had no water and s very noisy digger all day. This continued on into mon snd tues with workmen starting at 7.30am until 7 in the evening and impossible to sit on the roof terrace. We had 3days of peace only to be woken up again with more roadworks on Saturday.

We liked the location in the centre of the old town, and the roof terrace. However we felt the stairs to the roof terrace could benefit from a handrail. The property was spacious, clean and tidy, and very well equipped. We particularly liked having two bathrooms. We arrived on a late flight and special arrangements had to be made for a late check in, which incurred a significant additional cost. It would have been preferable, and less stressful, if the property had a key box by the entrance, like many other holiday properties.

Beautiful apartment very well situated for the town and the ferry. Roof terrace was gorgeous.

Location in central Tavira is perfect

Access to the roof terrace requires a cautionary climb up the stairs. Not suited for young children

Perfect location to explore the town.

There was a problem with the electricity during our stay. The fuse kept tripping if you used the outlets in the kitchen. Then staff came right away to look into the problem. It was manageable and would stay in the apartment again.
