O proprietário não é disponível quanto ao check out. mesmo você entrando à noite, quer que saia de manhã sem nenhum minuto extra.

Um bom local para a família, quartos e banheiros confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionando bem, os eletrodomésticos funcionando bem (só a geladeira e o liquidificador um pouco velhos mas nada que impeça o seu uso), piscina boa e bem cuidada, área de lazer legal.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, tivemos que esperar limparem, só fizeram arrumar as camas e passaram o pano no chão (que por sinal ficou com um cheiro muito ruim após isso), não tinha colheres (tivemos que comprar), somente facas e garfos, o guarda-corpo das varandas um pouco perigoso para crianças pois não tem rede de proteção, senti falta de tapetes disponíveis principalmente nos banheiros (a pessoa não tem como secar os pés após sair do banho), botão de acionar a descarga do sanitário não funciona (tem que levantar a tampa e apertar por dentro).

We were very disappointed with our stay. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the accommodation. While the location is decent, there are numerous issues: workers start using a grinder at 7 a.m., the bed wasn’t made upon arrival (photo attached), the mattress is tilted and way too soft. The light in the room doesn’t work properly, the AC is extremely noisy, and there’s no hot water. The fridge is loud and in poor condition, the dishes are stained and greasy, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, nor does the TV. Mauricio, our host, is nearly unreachable and very slow to respond when he does. Additionally, the automatic sprinkler stains parked cars, there’s no pool (despite what’s listed), the common areas are filthy, the stairway to our floor has no lighting, and the bathroom sink is wobbly. Rusty drying racks, an unstable gate, and dilapidated drying area add to the inconveniences. The available condiments (salt/sugar) seem untouched for years. Finally, communication is difficult, as Mauricio doesn’t understand Portuguese or basic gestures, making the experience even more challenging.
