Un poco de ruido por un sitio de estacionamiento de camiones hasta las 4 am

Muy lindo departamento. Excelente la limpieza.

El contacto con el dueño, el departamento y complejo. Está más preparado y es más cómodo para 3 personas que para 4 pero para estancias cortas funciona muy bien.

Falta lugar para colgar toallas en el baño y como le sugerí al dueño, incorporar un tender en el balcón haría una gran diferencia en la comodidad de la estadía. Así como también le sugerí colocar un cartel con los horarios y días habilitados para el uso de la piscina y las indicaciones dentro del departamento para separar y tirar los residuos.

Nice flat near to the Northern Campus of the University. Modern structure containing everything you need for a short stay. Kind and helpful landlord and condominium doormen. To travel to the city center or to the Airport would be better to use a UBER. There is a bus stop not far away but it takes quite long to reach the city center. The possibility to pay by credit card was not available. It means that if you are coming from abroad you need to withdraw the money you need and if the landlord is not present, you have to give the cash directly to the doormen, which can be worrying for those of us who travel for business and need receipts. However, the doormen are nice and honest people and the landlord sent the receipt just after my staying, so it was not problematic at all.

Perhaps would be better to become the information for the check-in a little bit in advance (for istance, a couple of days before the staying) and not directly the day of arrival. The radiator in the apartment is perhaps a little small to heat properly in the winter.
