Communication from Tere was excellent prior to our stay, on arrival and during our stay. We were met at the apartment with a warm and friendly welcome. While our Spanish and Teres English was limited we managed to communicate well. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, it's on the 3rd floor with easy access via a lift. Parking for us was always available nearby and was easier in the morning or later in the evening. The area has a good feel to it with lots of students from the nearby university. It was an easy walk into Teruel centre. Nearby we had lovely coffees, cakes and great service at Panaderia J Mor. Out from the front of the apartment it was a short walk into an interesting locals area where Bar Serruchi is located. We also visited by car some lovely places, Albarracin, Alcala de la Selva, Mora de Rubielos and Rubielos de Moro, all of with could be visited in a days round trip.

There was nothing to dislike

Excellent location with handy supermarket across the road. Cafés just under the apartment for very good menus del dia. Very comfortable apartment with everything you might need. Walking distance to the old town which is very pleasant.

We had a little trouble finding the apartment as there are no road names on that particular road. Free parking outside the apartment is usually available but sometimes you have to look a bit further ( not a huge problem).
