The size, location and cleanliness of the apartment were great and the contact we had was very helpful and friendly!

Just small things, but they made things uncomfortable. We had problems getting the key because it was getting dark when we arrived and there wasn't much light to see the keybox dials. We had a torch but the dials reflected the light so it took a long time to get in. We were prepared for the stairs but they were dangerous when carrying down heavy suitcases. Two rooms had small floods from a storm.
