Communication, location and the apartment which is extremely clean with all the amenities you need (and more)!!

Shower was not hot for as long as expected but water is a luxury on the island so not a big deal,everything was perfect!!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable .Kitchen well equipped.. Perfect for our 11 night stay. Location was great for us to explore the island with a hire car..

Peaceful location very close to Timanfaya National Park and easy access to Playa Blanca by car. Really enjoyed being able to sit outside and being walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Having access to a washing machine was a bonus.

Guests arriving late at night (close to midnight) and hearing the water pump fire up multiple times as they showered. Discovering that a majority of local shops (bar, restaurants) were closed on the Sunday.

Everything - I think the owner is so proud of this lovely accommodation - washing machine , washing powder, tea coffee, milk and water in fridge - a lovely informative meet and greet

This is a wonderful apartment with a kitchen and very roomy living space and bedroom. It's location is absolutely amazing in a smaller town away from the bustling tourist areas, but close enough to drive very quickly to the national park, to the beach, and to other destinations. The space itself was fantastic. Lots of room, very clean, and very comfortable.

There could have been a little more hot water, this tended to run out quickly.

Very dark and cold, no sunshine in the property or in the outside area, unpleasant odour in bedroom (think it was the wooden cabinet in the corner by the windows), a bit too secluded - defo need a car, bathroom quite tiny, a bit difficult to fit on the toilet; no warm water for second shower (had to wash in cold water after my partner had a shower), not so keen on basket of plastic fruit decorations on the dining table;
