Villa Birikina with Pool

Sehr sauber! Freundliche Gastgeber! Schöner Pool!

Straßenlärm. Lärm durch die Kühlung der benachbarten Gastwirtschaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (Toaster od. Backrohr wäre schön gewesen). Die Messer haben nicht geschnitten :(

Der Betreiber hat auch ein sehr leckeres Restaurant gleich daneben, dadurch ist auch die Versorgung sehr gut. Am Pool konnte man schön entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr groß.

In den Poolmöbeln sollte vereinzelt noch mal investiert werden und die Couch ist etwas unbebequem.

Pool war super, Besitzer sind sehr nett, in der Pizzeria bzw. Restaurant gleich nebenan, welche auch den Besitzern der Anlage gehört, haben wir sehr gut gegessen, Preis völlig in Ordnung War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Literie, la clim, le lave vaisselle, la salle de bain, la cuisine, le parking, la piscine... L'équipement général est au top. Le personnel très agréable et à disposition. Le calme de la résidence. Merci pour ce super séjour !

Le seul petit bémol est la route passante. C'est vraiment pour trouver un défaut ;)

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls die Restaurantbesitzer (direkt nebenan) mit großartiger Küche. Sehr flexibel und freundlich. Wirklich toll!

An der Unterkunft gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Nur die Lage, direkt an der Hauptstraße ist ein kleines Manko. Hat mich persönlich aber nicht sehr gestört.

The apartment was modern and spacious and very clean. There is a pizzeria and grill restaurant next door that serves very good food. It has a nice little pool and outdoor space with a bbq.

There was a bit of road noise as its situated on the main road into Poreč.

Nice place to stay with your family. The pizzeria is very nice too

The beds were a bit hard

We had an absolutely delightful time during our stay at the villa. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the the tranquil ambiance that enveloped the entire place. The villa itself was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, providing us with a cozy haven to relax and unwind. The staff's warm hospitality and attentive service truly made us feel pampered. It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. From their friendly greetings to their helpful recommendations, their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience was evident throughout.

While our stay was almost perfect, I must mention a minor setback involving the theft of our baby's toy by other guests. It was disheartening to encounter such behavior, but I believe that focusing on the incredible positives of our stay is more important. The incident did not overshadow the wonderful memories we created during our time at the villa.
