"Beautifully furnished and well-equipped tiny cosy house in the historic centre of Tivoli."

9.0

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house was exactly as pictured and described...tiny yes, but very cosy for one or two people and well-equipped with everything you need (even to cook for yourself). The position is fantastic-right opposite the entrance Villa D'Este in the historic centre. Rosetta was very friendly and responsive to messages, and when there was a problem with the bathroom, her husband came right away to fix it. They are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of work into the house and look after it well. I would gladly stay here again!

"Lovely Casa in the Better Rome"

9.0

Lovely hosts. :)) Situated central in Tivoli, which is: older, quieter, emptier, lovelier, greener and felt more Italian than Rome :))

"Very good"

8.0

The welcome we got and the help with information from host. Loved the centro stories....

Quirky little place, great location, and lovely communication with the host. The house is, as it says, very small but has a great comfortable king bed in the loft. It had everything we needed and lovely chance to stay in a building dating to 6 century ( I think!!)

"Brilliant would stay again"

10.0

Brilliant little house, perfectly equipped for all our needs. Perfect location for gardens and restaurants.

Would have been better if a welcome pack was left for us to identify things such as Wi-Fi codes, recommendations for restaurants etc. the information for Wi-Fi was there but we would not automatically look for it on the back of the door.

"Charming and quiant apartment in the best location!!"

10.0

This tiny, quiant apartment is so charming and comfortable! It's in a building built in the 1600's and luckily the stairwell has retained its ancient beauty while the apartment is completely new. It's equipped with everything you'll need as well as very comfortable beds. The down-filled duvet, soft pillows, and high-quality mattress were truly perfect. We were warm and cozy and soooo comfortable. My kids are 12 and 15 so I was like having 3 adults in this space. The ceilings are quite low so if you're a person over 6', I'd recommend using the sofa bed. The loft has a larger bed, but the ceilings are very low. At "5'5", I had to duck under the beams. We didn't care, though. We loved it! Also the hot water is not unlimited so be cautious of your shower time! The location is also so perfect to explore. We parked at a nearby parking garage €28 for 2 days, and the host met us to walk us to the apartment (about a 4 minute walk). Next door to the entrance of the building is a sandwich shop with fantastic sandwiches (panini) and they have menus in English. Then about 50 meters from the building is the entrance to Villa d'Este, a must see! There are many shops, restaurants, cafés and gelato shops surrounding the building. We had incredible gelato at Glam and loved the decor inside. Honestly this trip was so easy and carefree and I give credit to the location of this adorable apartment. I can't skip over how gracious the hosts were. From meeting us past 8pm to escort us to the apartment, recommending places to go, even making us a reservation at a very nice restaurant around the corner for dinner. They really made sure we were cared for and had everything we needed. After 6 years of traveling and exploring Europe, this was truly the easiest trip we've taken. Not a single complaint 🥰

We loved everything 😍😍
