Cathedral Suite

The property is full of character and is in a fantastic location - it was great to have a view of the cathedral from the windows of the sitting room! The apartment was tidy, nicely laid out and the kitchen was well equipped. There is an air-con unit in most rooms, which was much appreciated as the evenings were a bit chilly when we were visiting.

There are two shower rooms in the property and the pressure in both was extremely poor, so we couldn't shower properly. We also had difficulty communicating with the hosts on location: the instructions indicated a code at the door, which didn't work, and someone eventually arrived with the key. The same person came to change a light bulb 2 hours before check-out, which was a bit stressful - they could have waited until our departure.

A bit of language difficulties on entry. No Wi-Fi instructions. There were no obvious instructions re disposing of rubbish, bottles etc. And leaving keys on exit

The beds could have been much more comfortable

Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. Surprisingly spacious.

Location and roof terrace

A little bit of decorating wouldn't hurt - nothing major.

Location was great with a terrace with impressive views of the Cathedral, town and Bú. Good A/Cs.

Dated and awkward lay out with tiny rooms and bathroom, intermittent tv signals.

The place was spectacular. It oversees the Cathedral. The place was clean too. We had enough beds.

The contact, Mercedes, was challenging to coordinate with. We agreed upon payment terms in full upon arrival but days before sends me a confusing note to pay deposit and again, confirmed ok to pay in full in person. It was frustrating. Amelia, on the other hand, was wonderful. She met us at the suite and was friendly and lovely. The place was awesome except we had a bat flying around the 2 nights we were there which apparently was common? We had to rearrange sleeping for my kids as they were creeped out.

Great location for exploring Toledo. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Property has a great deal of character. Easy check in.

Beds left a lot to be desired. After two nights, we were happy to not have another night on those mattresses.

Location, location, location!

Don’t bring heavy luggage. A car./taxi cannot bring you directly to the apartment so you will need to navigate a lot of steps outside to the apartment. Staircase to the rooftop is a bit difficult to navigate, but oh so worth the view!
