Style Studio in Tornio

After driving 700 km this is what we met at the accomodation. We had to drive to another address to get the key. After doing this we finally found the place where we were booket. And what did we find when we arrived at the appartment... Dirty toiletseat, toothbrush and toothpaste in toilet locker. Hairbrush and shampoo/showergel. Kitchenfloor was sticky. Sent message to host without response, so I called her. The host was not possible to talk to, she was talking very fast and very much so I could not say what I had to say. Tried to cancel without getting through. We could get another appartment but had to pay for it. I asked her to bring the key and show us the new appartment and where it was, but she was not willing to help us out. So we went to bed and slept a few hours and left. As you may understand we will not recommend this place to others.

only after booking there was message, that I need to clean by myself before leaving or pay 15€ for that. key box is not near the apartment, it takes time to get there before and after leaving. toilet was dirty :(

Host was very friendly and tried to help with information. Got instant contact and get all replies when asked.

owner took an additional 20 euros to the booking price keys to the housing had to be picked up a kilometer from the housing, and returned there sheets were old and the beds were not comfortable
