silence even though the apartment is located in the city, welcome cookies on the table, easy access to the apartment using public transport.

In fact it is a standard flat in a quite new and modern apartment building. It is fully equipped and (apart from some very minor faults) the equipment looks new and is in a good condition. Particularly the kitchen is lavishly equipped with dishes. Private parking outside as well as in a garage is available. Access with code works well. Supermarket in a close neighbourhood.

The dining table is too small for the capacity of the apartment.

Convenient apartment, there's a car parking. Good, calm district.

The smell of cigarettes. There was smoking in the apartment. All of us don't smoke, it was unpleasant.
