Location is perfect! See view from the apartment! Very good price! Nearby is parking, shop, cafe.

Very small

The location is unbeatable. Right on the beach with a fantastic balcony to people watch and take in the views. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. East to walk to all areas. Very quiet inside the apartment. Basic facilities, hob, toaster, microwave (no kettle but there is a coffee machine). Shower is good and water is very hot. The pull down bed is a great space saving idea and very comfortable.

The apartment was basic and wasn't overly clean. A rusted old airer left out on the balcony wasn't ideal and the bottom of the glass on the balcony really dirty. The crockery is very haphazard and only 2 mismatched wine glasses available. Opening the cupboard I found instant coffee that had clearly been there a long time as it was rock solid. The cupboard in the lounge has a very strange mix of stuff, including a child's doll! The sofa bed isn't great, once put up 1 side dipped so we used cushions to make it even and once pulled out the wall is very badly scuffed and marked. It has great potential to be a lovely place, maybe just needs someone to go in and provide slightly better crockery and have a clear out and declutter. Also, we were given no information about basics like where to put rubbish and what was in the area which would have been useful.
