Prime Location with Direct Access to the Slopes

We booked this hotel with the clear intention of skiing. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the property regarding ski rental arrangements, which made the purpose of our stay explicit. At no point were we informed that the ski area would be closed to the public during our stay. This information was only discovered once we had arrived, leaving us with no possibility to adjust our plans. Given the timing, it is difficult to understand why this was not communicated earlier. While an apology was offered, no concrete alternatives or commercial consideration were proposed, despite the fact that the primary activity associated with the location was unavailable. For travelers whose stay depends on access to the ski facilities, it would be wise to verify operational conditions independently before confirming a reservation. Transparency is a key element of trust in hospitality, and unfortunately, that trust was compromised in this instance.

Alles top, in der ersten Nacht war es im Schlaf Bereich sehr kalt. Habe gefroren Duschen war auch sehr unangenehm weil es einfach nicht richtig warm war Und anschließend ist alles nass

Struttura magica, abbiamo visto l’aurora boreale dal letto, e anche il paesaggio in sé è stupendo. Puoi andare a sciare anche a piedi volendo, il noleggio attrezzature è veramente a due passi. Con la macchina si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti. Le camere sono calde, il Wi-Fi è velocissimo e i letti con i materassi sono eccellenti. La doccia è tra l’ingresso e una delle due camere, quindi il consiglio è di dormire con persone con cui si ha un po’ di confidenza, perché anche il bagno è così. Unico limite non della struttura ma delle piste: se venite per sciare sappiate che fino al 2028 quasi tutte le piste sono chiuse, ce ne sono solo tre di aperte di cui una nera.

The location is absolutely beautiful and surprisingly practical. It’s close to the ski resort as well as to narvik city center. The staff is very nice and professional.
