O apartamento é muito bem localizado e amplo. O contato com o proprietário foi bem eficiente e o síndico bem receptivo.

Na cozinha faltam alguns itens básicos.

Localização

Apartamento antigo. Banheiros precisam de reforma urgente. Lodo preto nos rejuntes, escoamento ruim da água do box alagando um dos banheiros da suíte. Não tinha detergente na cozinha, papel higiênico insuficiente sem estoque para reposição. Precisa de mais atenção pra essa acomodação.
