Lokalizacja, blisko rynku, oczywiście na plus garaż podziemny

Wejście do kamienicy straszne, jak to dzieci powiedziały: "Wygląda jak nawiedzony dom" ale w mieszkaniu było już ok. Strasznie skrzypi podłoga w pokojach i kuchni co utrudniało poruszanie się gdy dzieci spały.
