The apartment is comfortable for family to stay with good facilities provided. The kitchen utensils were fully equipped and it was easy for us to prepare a meal. It was easy to contact and communicate with the owner and the person who give the keys. I was satisfied with the view from the balcony. Waking up from the sofa bed with a view like that was fantastic. It was supposed to be summer, however at night it was quite cold but the heater provided in all the rooms were helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

Cool cosy apartment with unbeatable view. In March it was cold, in the hall there is under the floor heating, and the rooms have electric heater. Good high-speed internet, TV, and plenty of DVDs for entertainment, but we didn't use it as we brought our own tv-box. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of utensils, induction adapted pots and pans of good quality, a dream for someone who loves to cook. We didn't use the oven function of the microwave, so we don't know if we can bake.. but they have all the equipment you need to bake from beater to bakeware. The master bedroom mattresses were semi firm to our liking and good pillows. The cot, however, creaks when you move on the bed. Plenty of storage area, organisers etc. The small room with bunk beds is good for children. There is an extra freezer and fridge in this room if required. The apartment comes with all the equipment to maintain cleanliness, like vacuum cleaner, mops, cleaning products,clothes-horse to dry clothes, iron board etc. Good and prompt communication with both owners and caretakers. I requested for early check-in and late check-out. As it was low season, they were kind enough to accommodate our request free of charge. Don't overlook the supplementary expenses, which adds up to your initial budget. You are better off booking a hotel if you are the type to dislike unexpected expenses at the end of your stay. You will have to bring your own tablets for dishwasher, washing clothes, toilet paper, your own bath, kitchen towels, bedlinen etc. They do provide you bedlinen upon request for a supplement of 20euros per person. It is required to take meter readings of electricity and water at the beginning and end of your stay. The expenses are calculated and deducted from your deposit. All this is clearly stated. Ideal for max 2 adults and 2 children.

The TV didn't have a separate remote. So, not all functionality was working on the Proximus remote. Every time, we had to manually go change the buttons on TV to go from watching TV to other connected devices. In the house rules that was sent by mail after booking (non refundable), it is stated "The caution deposit of 250 euros needs to be sent via bank transfer 1 week before arrival or if booked last minute cash upon arrival. This will ofcourse be refunded within 2 weeks if no damage has been done and a fair review has been received. " In my opinion, the refund should be independent of the customer review. Had I read this before booking, I would have refrained from booking. So far, we have never been asked to pay caution deposit before the actual date of arrival, and it should be refunded after check-out inspection or by the next day. If these unusual remarks in the house rules had not been there, I would have given a 10.

I liked the Location of the Apartment and it's direct View of the See. The Apartment was clean and the Maid was nice and friendly.

The location was great, right across the road from beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc ... Nice to have a washer. And the bunk beds were appreciated.

The double bed was a little uncomfortable.

The location, the great view and its accessibility (free parking at will, one just has to enter the number plate of the car). Endless walks on the sand despite the at times rather rough windy bursts. The apartment was very well equipped, certainly in view of us being a large family of 6. The staff / owners are very helpful with very quick reaction time. The apartment is very clean. Well done!

Little space for putting away things, as most closets are secured closed; The ones that are accessible are filled up with belongings of the owners. The boiler needs its own little time to heat up.
