Not much to like about it. Location is close to a shopping center with supermarket.

Very old building with hallways smelling badly. Bathroom the size of an airplane bathroom. The sink was minuscule, smaller than on an airplane. No space to place or hang a towel in the bathroom. You had to place your clothes on the stove in the kitchen. The minuscule bathroom is attached to the kitchen, so you have to walk through the kitchen and dining room to get back to the bedroom. One had to cross the second bedroom in order to reach the kitchen and bathroom from the first bedroom and thus would wake the others up. Very old hardwood floors that were squeaking.

Close to the beaches of Rijeka. air conditioner. Huge place for to people.

The location was super good, overlooking the sea and a mall across the street, there's a supermarket inside the mall too which makes it a lot easier. The house was clean and organized.

There was no support to hold the shower in the bathroom and 2 towels were missing because we were 4 people.

The owner phone number did not work. The owner did send instructions and a new phone number late in the evening when it was far too late to matter.

Well located for our needs - public transport to the beach and to the city center very close to the building; good supermarket and shopping center 300m away

Parking is on the street which is quite full and also quite narrow. The bed in the main bedroom was making so much noise that it kept waking us up. The kitchen and shower-room are very, very, very small - but the rest of the flat (dining room and two bedrooms) are really spacious and comfortable. There is no lift in the building, so be prepared to climb the stairs.
