Dobrá lokalita v centru města, jinak žádné pozitivum

Pronajímatel by měl upozornit na třetí patro bez výtahu, výška patra dvakrát vyžší než obvyklé patro (vysoké stropy). Parkování na ulici ano, ale nelze předplatit pro následující den, to lze na centrálním parkovišti cca. 10 min chůze. Vybavení strohé, postele nepohodlné, extrémně malý prostor.
