Labai maža aikštelė automobiliams, vos eina pastatyti, durų spyna kliba sunkiai rakinasi, tuoletas su vonia užsidaro spintos durimis, per kurių kraštus esantis kambaryje žmogus viską mato, dėl to trūko privatumo ir jautėmes nepatogiai.
