Casa Sul Mar

Wir möchten dieses Apartment eigentlich gar nicht weiterempfehlen – aus rein egoistischen Gründen. Denn wenn zu viele davon erfahren, haben wir nächstes Jahr womöglich keinen freien Termin mehr. Und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Apartment in Rovinj war einfach perfekt: super sauber, top ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und dem Meer entfernt. Aber das absolute Highlight war unsere Gastgeberin Antonia. Sie war von Anfang an herzlich, hilfsbereit und unglaublich sympathisch. Man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt – das ist heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Nur bitte nicht alle gleichzeitig buchen – wir haben da noch Pläne! 😉

Beautiful, spacious property, full of character. And you could not ask for a more perfect location! The owner was extremely helpful and responsive too.

Fantastic friendly welcome from Antonia who left us a bottle of wine and some fruit. Apartment is just as in the photos, great views from the windows and in a great location right in the old town but still very quiet. Up three steep flights of stairs so need to be mindful of that when booking but we were fine with these. We found a great place to swim by the Puntalina restaurant and really enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of Rovinj for three days. We took a golf buggy taxi and spent one afternoon at the Golden Cape. Antonia kindly sorted a taxi for us to return to Pula.

This property gets 10 stars for location! The view from the windows is divine - straight out to the water. Perfect location and layout for a family. Good size unit and handy having 2 x bathrooms. Close to the rocks (for sunburning and jumps), restaurants and the old town shops. Antonia is wonderful, so helpful, accommodating and a generous host. We highly recommend this unique and perfectly located property! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location, amazing view from the house.

Fantastic location and views - can’t beat that! There were a few unforeseen interruptions such as water dropping out due to government works, but our host was prompt with communication and in sending a plumber around :)

Quite a few stairs to be lugging luggage up! But what can you do, it is the old town after all.
