The location was great. The landlord wanted to be nice and showed on the map the beaches and the city. She is responsive

The landlord lives in the opposite house and enters your house whenever you leave to monitor whether the windows are open or not and who knows what else. There is a bell like thing dangling over the main door chiming every time you open and shut the door (when you want to enter from outside, there is one big door, and when you enter, there are 2 apartments facing each other, one is hers, the other is yours), so she hears whenever you come and go. She also shows attitude when you want to use the sofa bed, which is INCLUDED in the price.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very spacious and well appointed.

The 42 stairs up were a bit difficult with our heavy luggage. We also smelled residual cigarette odour from the other apartments.

Excellent location if you’re travelling without a car. Clean and spacious apartment.

Inadequate sheet sizes and bedding in general.

The apartment was clean and spatious on the perfect location - the main street in Rovinj. As a light sleeper, I thought I would have trouble going to sleep, but the bedroom is on the opposite side of the main street and there you have no noise at all. Everything was perfect for our three day trip. One of the best things about this accommodation is the host - the most wonderful and welcoming lady who made our stay most memorable. Will be going back there next year!
