The apartment is in an old building, but has been renovated to a very high standard. The apartment is light and spacious, with a superb equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, all finished to a very high standard. Everything modern and super clean. There are lovely views from the bedroom to Rovinj, which is a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Secure parking on the premises was really useful.

Very good location - walking distance to downtown; very clean and well equipped kitchen. Good communication with host. Free parking is great!

All good except please note it is 3 flights of stairs and no elevator; it would be great to provide guests with instructions for the heat/air conditioning and WiFi password.

The apartment was great, well equipped with everything you need. The host Vanja was very responsive and pleasant! The apartment is just outside of the old town, nice and calm, and easy to walk to the center. If we visit Rovinj again, we will definitely stay in the same apartment !

The appointment is new furnished - nice, clean and comfortable. A perfect location to have a view of the whole Provinj old town and sea view, which is stunning. Thw pictures in Booking.com here don't have the sea view from the windows of the bedrooms, but only from the balcony. Actually the views from the both bedrooms are seaview and directly towards the old town. I hope they will be soon added, as they are the missing best part. The apartment is within short walking distance to old town and beach, at a very quiet location. We enjoyed the stay and will strongly recommend it!!
