NOMA Modern Heritage Loft

Die Lage in der malerischen Altstadt ist einfach unschlagbar schön! Der Hafen und das Meer sind Fußläufig in 2 Min. erreichbar und ein echter Traum! Ich komme gerne wieder.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. The host was nice and welcoming. The free parking space was especially appreciated.

如果腿脚沒有不方便，一定要住这里，房间非常舒适，对三人家庭来说布局也很合理。我们在这儿度过了非常愉快的时光。Vanja为我们提供了很多有用的信息，尤其是停车场，并不算远，而且路面平坦很方便将行李拖到离Old town最近的地方。

Location is excellent. It was very clean. It is the same with photos.

It's great that it's located in the heart of the Old Town, making it easily accessible. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and stylish. Our host is so friendly that she leaves sweets as a surprise on our towels. It's also convenient that the host has his own free parking space ( even its far from the house :) )

When we chose a loft in the middle of the old town, we expected there to be stairs, but they were quite steep and narrow, and definitely not suitable for everyone. Free parking is great, but we never expected the car park to be a 25-minute walk from the house! If you choose this house, you can arrange a buggy service to transport your belongings or to take you to your car. These small details aren't major problems, but if you're aware of them, you'll definitely be very satisfied.

Great apartment in perfect location, very close to everything in the old town. Clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. Communication was super easy and friendly. Vanja helped us with everything we needed and had great suggestions where to eat and what to see. Would stay here again for sure.

The location of the building was perfect. The charm of it was off the charts! Everything was new, in mint condition. The view from the windows transported me to the old times. This apartment was as Rovinj old town as it gets. Super close to the main seaside promenade. Definitely coming back here. I really really recommend this place!!!

The apartment is promoted with free parking. We couldn't even find it. The GPS took us pretty far away from the old town. Ended up parking next to the old town at payed parking. It was three of us boys. One wanted to sleep on the sofa, could have used one more set of bed covers and pillow casings. None of this thing could have soiled overwhelming positive experience.
