Soba majhna, temnna z malim oknom in enim velikim, ki mora biti zagrnjen ker gleda na parkirišče in je soba v pritličju, pribor star, krožniki in skodelice neenotne, kar nekaj nahitro nametano od posode. Soba in kopalnica mrzla kljub klimi, s katero se ogreva. Pod vrati špranja (stara vrata), da piha v prostor. Piha prav tako čez okna tako da je prostor nemogoče ogreti pozimi. Tako da odsvetujemo najem studia na tej lokaciji, če si ne želite pokvarit dopusta.

The location of the apartment is almost as good as it can be. You can park your car directly at the house, which is not the case at any of the apartments in the city centre. The owners were communicative and always ready to help.

The apartment is very small and basic. You could even say we felt a bit cramped. Especially the kitchen and bathroom are very small. There were not a lot of kitchen utensils. You don't get a lot of natural light in. On top of that the apartment is on the ground floor, so you don't have any privacy unless you close the curtains. There is a small table for two in front of the appartment, but it is at the main entrance into the house, which means all the guests walk past you. Also, the bed was very soft. In general, bad value for money.

Erschien die Unterkunft (ich hatte App. 4 im Erdgeschoß) nach der Schlüsselübergabe "in Ordnung", wurden die Mängel erst beim Wohnen erkennbar: sehr mangelhafte Reinigung im Detail in allen Bereichen; sehr zweckmäßige und abgewohnte Ausstattung in allen Bereichen; Mobiliar teilweise beschädigt; den eingebauten Möbel-Tresor konnte ich mangels einer Beschreibung nicht nutzen; TV: nur lokale heimische & italienische Sender verfügbar; WLAN (im Preis inkludiert) hat nur die ersten 2 Tage funktioniert - danach konnte das WLAN nicht einmal erkannt / aufgefunden werden;
