O apartamento é muito bem localizado, muito bem equipado e os funcionários do prédio são muito bacanas, prestativos, nos ajudaram muito. Tive vaga na garagem todos os dias. Pontos a melhorar no apartamento são: colocar remédio para formigas, elas são muitas, mas nada que um remedinho não resolva! Deixar o armário do quarto sempre aberto, pois ele estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo ou umidade e limpeza do gaveteiro da cozinha onde ficam os talheres. São só observações, pretendo voltar, foi uma ótima estadia.

Do fato de não ter cafeteira, conforme enunciado, mas havia garrafa térmica e coador, então foi facilmente contornável.
