Żądam zwrotu całości przekazanej sumy. Zostałem przez włąściciela zmuszony do nocowania w pomieszczeniu, które nie odpowiada żadnym cywilizowanym standartom. Nie zostałem wpuszczony do opłaconego przeze mnie apartamentu, włąściciel nie otworzył mi drzwi, z okna krzykiem wskazał mi mój wynajęty apartament, który okazał się pokojem gospodarczym. Nie mając innego wyjścia (check in o umówionej godz 23:30) spędziłem noc w spartańskich warunkach. Całą sytuację opiszę i zgłoszę oficjalnie do booking.com ządaniem zwrotu zapłaty

Az apartman az óváros kellős közepén helyezkedik el, hangulatos, magával ragadó hely. Az épület XIX.században épült, autentikus bútorokkal berendezett, tiszta, felszerelt szoba, kis konyha sarokkal. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, és készséges.

Korán reggel harangoznak a kb.50 méterre lévő templom toronyban, ami egészen hangulatos, de nagyon hangos, és hosszan tart. A szállásadó néni amellett, hogy nagyon kedves, kicsit furcsa, túl szájbarágós. Nincs parkolóhely, legközelebbi lehetőség 0-24-ben fizetős parkoló, kb.10-15 perce van.

Fantastic stay! I loved the location—super convenient and peaceful. The space was very spacious for two people and had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a huge plus.

The stay was overall good, but a few things were disappointing. The owner came across as a bit rude at times and asked if I spoke English when I had trouble understanding her (I have an audio processing disorder). We were told we could leave our bags after checkout, but were later asked to keep them outside in the rain—though she did kindly cover them with plastic.

Visiting Trogir was very pleasant surprise, it was a spontaneous decision, and we really liked it here: beautiful waters, pine trees, palm trees, beaches near by, yachts, cozy cafes and restaurants, many labyrinths of charming streets where you can get lost to find a delightful dessert or inspiring souvenir. Near by by the bridge is a good market. We are glad we came here. It would be interesting to come during the summer time to experience beaches. Patricia's apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and various shower gels, good internet, comfortable bed. It is located in the heart of the old town of Trogir, we felt like we were living in the old days with double-sided windows, on a higher floor with the expressive sounds of bells and nice views of Trogir, nice experience it was. The host was polite and nice, arranged everything we needed, good communication.

The property is very central, easily accessible, very clean and spacious, and Patricia was very friendly and helpful.
