Ein sehr schönes Apartment! Eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung per WhatsApp mit der Gastgeberin Tea. Ja,die Auffahrt ist wirklich steil aber problemlos machbar wenn man unbedingt fahren will. Ich für meinen Teil lies das Auto stehen, da der Parkplatz recht eng ist und ich im Urlaub eher zu Fuß unterwegs bin. 25 Minuten über den Hügel und man ist in Okrug. Von da aus geht es ganz esay mit einem Taxiboot (5€) nach Trogir. Gibt ja nichts schöneres als auf dem Wasser zu schippern. Von Trogir kommt man mit der Bura Line (10€) nach Split. Für mich ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

I loved that the property was so close to the sea and that you could walk easily to the supermarket and restaurants, and that there was a cafe on the sea front too. Also that the apartment was so quiet and that everything that I could possibly need was within it and that communication with the lovely owner Tea was so friendly and very efficient.

This property would most certainly have had a 10 score if it wasn’t for the very steep walk to the apartment, with taxis not seemingly wanting to drop off or pick up directly to and from the apartment, making it quite difficult with luggage and shopping if you haven’t hired a vehicle.

​I had a wonderful time in this cozy two-room apartment on the first floor! It offers a beautiful sea view, and there is a private entrance from the terrace, which is fully equipped for barbecue lovers. The apartment is sparkling clean, with brand new furniture and renovations. The bedroom features a wide, comfortable bed with a great mattress. Tea was such a genuinely caring host that she thought of every little detail — even a mosquito repellent and a sewing kit were handy. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves, and the room with the sea view has an excellent wide sofa that easily turns into a comfortable bed. The large balcony became my favorite spot for breakfast and dinner. ​The sea is just a few steps away. This side of Čiovo Island will truly captivate those seeking peace and connection with nature. The coastline is rocky but well-equipped. Since the water gets deep right away and you mostly enter via metal ladders, the location is perfect for confident swimmers. If you are traveling with toddlers, there is a cozy pebbly bay called Tatinije Beach just a 20-minute walk away, with the Wala restaurant right next to it. You can also walk to the well-equipped Okrug Gornji beach in about half an hour, though it’s worth noting that the road there also goes slightly uphill. Very close to the apartment, right on the coast, there is a nice cafe called Cactus with great prices, although the active construction nearby can sometimes be a bit noisy. ​A walk to the supermarkets or the bus stop takes about 15 minutes. I highly recommend checking the schedule for bus line 44 carefully, especially on weekends. I walked to Trogir in about an hour — the views are breathtaking, though the road goes uphill in some places. ​A huge thank you to the wonderful Tea for her hospitality! She was always available via WhatsApp and helped with everything. The price perfectly matches the quality. Highly recommended!

Super Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer und gerade außerhalb der Saison war es hier besonders ruhig - was uns gut gefallen hat. Einmal haben wir sogar Delfine sehen können! Ohne Auto hat’s auch gut geklappt, aber mit ist es vermutlich einfacher, weil die Lage schon etwas abgelegener ist. Taxis/Uber haben manchmal deutlich mehr Geld verlangt als nötig, es gibt auch einen Bus, der aber zb Sonntags nur einmal morgens und abends fährt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, neue Pfannen und Messer, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle. Der Herd könnte ein bisschen mehr Power haben, aber lässt sich trotzdem gut drauf kochen. Wifi könnte schneller sein, aber im Urlaub sollte man ja am besten eh nicht viel auf den Bildschirm schauen! Ausblick vom Balkon war richtig gut! Alles sauber und ordentlich. Außerdem gab’s ein kleines präsent im Kühlschrank für uns, was sehr nett war. Insgesamt alles sehr unkompliziert und wir hatten ne fabelhafte Zeit! Würden wir noch mal so machen.

Kopfkissen waren ganz schön hoch, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Wifi kam nur 2Mb im Download.

The host Tea was super kind and available whenever was needed. Location of the apartment is only 10 minutes away by car from Trogir city center and very quiet and with a beautiful sea view. Well decorated apartment and fully functional with every needed to just feel like at home. The bed and the pillows were just marvelous!

Can't think much of of a downside regarding the apartment..but maybe could add a coffee machine in the apartment and add some more variety in the channels available ont TV because it's all in German language,but since I don't go on holiday to watch it didn't bother much to me.

Etukäteen saadut ohjeet majoituspaikan löytämiseksi olivat erittäin selkeät. Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja siellä oli esimerkiksi kattava välineistö ruoanlaittoon. Sieltä löytyi tilava jääkaappi, liesi/hella, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, sauvasekoitin, sähkövatkain ja pieni parila. Myös astiasto, ruokailuvälineet ja muut ruoanlaittoon tarvittavat välineet ja astiat oli huomioitu. Majoituspaikasta oli merinäkymä ja sieltä oli lyhyt matka merenrantaan. Pienen kävelymatkan päässä pieni rantabaari, josta myös vuokrattavissa rantatuoleja. Tea emäntä todella vieraanvarainen. Pidin alueesta, koska se oli todella rauhallinen. "Rantabulevardia" pitkin oli mukava kuljeskella.

Oikeastaan ainoa miinus liittyy majoituspaikan sijaintiin sen saavutettavuuden vuoksi. Takseja oli vaikea saada.

Everything exceeded the expectations. Lovely place, views and a great host. Highly recommend

Miejsce godne polecenia. Miłe powitanie i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. Czysto i bez zbędnych, ukrytych dodatkowych kosztów. Chętnie wrócę w to samo miejsce.

Tea is a great host, very friendly, always available for each of our questions. The apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures. Very well equipped, super clean, a lot of towels, it had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. And the view from the balcony is just the cherry on top. 🥰 The sea is a few steps away. Shops and restaurants nearby. We highly enjoyed our stay and can further recommend the Apartment Amneris without a doubt.

The parking is a bit challenging, mainly due to a small issue with our car, but with the help of our host we found an alternative parking spot nearby, so it was okay. 😁
