The location right by the sea.

We booked an apartment with a terrace. From the apartment description, it was not obvious that the kitchen and dining area were not attached to the bedrooms. It is a separate building, and in between is a footway for all the people staying in the house that they used to get to the beach. So, if you are expecting privacy, there is none. - the detached kitchen and dining area get veeeeery hot in the summer; you cannot practically cook there or eat your meal - there is a huge construction site right next to the apartment, not active during the summer; anyway, there is rubbish all around the building We invited our friends (a mother and daughter) to drink coffee with us, but the owner immediately admonished them that no visits were allowed. They would not even go inside; they just drank coffee with us. Despite having two deckchairs at our disposal, we were surprised when the owner insisted that an 11-year-old girl visiting us at the beach couldn't use one. This incident, along with the strict no-visitor policy, made us feel like our privacy and control were limited during our stay.

A true Croatian experience! Beautiful space and location with exceptionally kind and helpful hosts and neighbors! Highly recommended :D

Location and see view 

Location practically on the beach with fantastic view and just 30 sec to get from the bed to the sea. Nice promenada just in front of the location with few restaurants nearby.

No parking for the apartment and almost impossible to find resonable option on the area. Also the road to the villa it's partially blocked by some neighbor. Some appliances not working (tv, washing machine). Weak wifi.
