Location. Just near center. The size of apartment good.

The apliences not working. Sofa bed not working. Wi fi only worked in living room. Only 2 keys for 4 people

TV was outdated and only in Spanish as I speak English.

A lovely apartment, very friendly host who was willing to help out and be adaptable (even with our language barrier!). Facilities were lovely, the apartment was spotless and in a perfect location. Thank you :)

Not much, the location is good.

The apartment didn’t really look much like the pictures, a lot of the furniture was different, the bedding was extremely not at all what it looks like in the pictures. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was only one tiny pillow per bed. The shower area in one bedroom had a tiny little bar soap that had most likely been there for the past 5 years. The shower itself was quite dirty with some weird green spots all over. Additionally, it did not have glass/plastic panes as in the picture, but instead a curtain that was a little bit too small to actually cover the area, resilting in wet floors. The AC was fairly ineffective and was mostly focused in one of the bathrooms for some reason. One more problem, the host does not speak English, so if you do not speak Spanish, there will most likely be communication issues.

The apartment itself was good, nice size, location amazing.

The pillows, mattress protectors and blankets were all stained but the sheets and pillowcases looked clean - only one spare pillow and it was absolutely filthy with no cover on it, hence why I checked the others! The kitchen cutlery was not clean and the plastic draining utensil dirty also, balcony on kids bedroom had an overflowing boiler with constant water dripping it was very noisy also led to power outage on last day....host kept talking at us even though we were trying to communicate in Spanish to him...such a pity because the apartment was very good and beds were comfortable - new bedding, a coat of paint, fix the boiler and a proper clean and it would be great.

Good location, apartment was clean, sound prof windows and modern AC (entire apartment).

there were no toiletry and no bags for the garbage.
