Rolf was an exceptional host. The apartment was beautifully presented. An amazing view. A beautiful swimming pool and easy access to the beach. Kira the hosts dog was a added bonus. Which really made feel at home.

Villa Bella Vista am Meer and Rolf, the proprietor, are simply first class. We’ve enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing stay. The property is ideally located, pristine and has every facility one could wish for. We will surely return and wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

Villa Bella Vista was the most amazing place to stay with lovely restaurants and the water taxi to Trogir close by. The apartment was luxurious and to a very high spec with everything you could possibly need and the terrace and swimming pool were immaculate with stunning views over the beach and sea. The owner Rolf was a great host and was always available.

The apartment is modern and very comfortable with amazing sea views. The location is great as it is very close to the sea so good for sea swimming. There are a quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance. The Villa is not close to any busy roads so it is very quiet. It was a very relaxing stay. There are lots of loungers and plenty of shade if required. I would recommend.

It was great having the friendly owner on site & being within walking distance of a number of restaurants plus the water taxi to Trogir.

I liked the property and the location. Perhaps a tea bag or even a coffee pod could have been provided but the welcoming bottle of wine was ver nice. We also liked that the property was very close to a number of very nice restaurants.

An iron and ironing board would have been handy but the hostess did very nicely iron a couple of shirts for us.

Villa Bella Vista am Meer is likely the most beautiful accommodation in the region. The villa is located right by the sea and boasts a stunning interior design with high-quality construction. All rooms that are available to guests are furnished with top-notch amenities. The kitchen, furniture, beds, linens, pillows etc., as well as all technical solutions, bathroom facilities, air conditioning, and the glass wall that opens from the living area onto the terrace – everything has been meticulously thought out, and all items are comfortable with very high quality, made with care like a Swiss watch. From the rooms and tastefully designed private courtyard, there is a wonderful view on the sea and direct access to the seaside promenade. Within walking distance, you'll find excellent seaside restaurants, and the long coastal path offers superb opportunities for outdoor activities. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. In summary, Villa Bella Vista am Meer is an excellent choice for those who appreciate ultimate comfort and quality.

Great location. Easy access with car. Parking in front of house. The appartment is brand new with high quality. Direkt acces to the beach. No traffic in the area. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nice walkway by the sea with small restaurants and bars.
