Stylish Violet & Modern Apartment

The property is in a great location close to the city center. Everything you might need, like shops, bakery, restaurants etc.) is in the area. The flat is very modern and clean. The host was very helpful and always avualable to answer any queastions.

Nice apartment with garage parking, easy to check in, AC working, good internet, well stocked with everything you need for the stay.

if you have a lower car, you need to know that the parking is a -2 level, however the garage and spot is large enough so no problem just for sport cars or lowered cars.

As to location, the apartment is located in a cluster of high rise housing blocks some distance to the Centum. It's about a 1.5 km walk to,the Stone Bridge, and slightly further to the Old Market. It's a good location if you have a car or are up to a 40 minute walk. The walk along the Varder River is OK. There are 3 fruit/vegetable stores nearby. There are 3 mediocre grocery markets within easy walking. (The KAM store is better than the Ramstore. Neither have fresh meat, decent vegetables , a bakery, deli, or an adequate selection of wine or beer.) There is a butcher shop about 400 m away from the apartment that isn't shown on GOOGLE MAPS. THERE you will find great sausages, and meats (pork beef, veal, no lamb), The closest real "supermarket" is over in the Vero Mall area, a brisk 30 minute walk.) It has an outstanding bakery, fresh meat and fish, a good selection of wines and beers

Most negative comment would be that the bathroom shower stall needs to be totally replaced. There were encrustations of mineral deposits everywhere that hasn't been cleaned off in quite sometime. There is a substantial amount of mold in the bathroom and the sliding shower doors fall off the track easily, due to damaged/corroded attachments. Otherwise we found the apartment to be clean.
