La cercanía al centro, las instalaciones eran buenas, la ducha tenía mampara, comunicación con propietario amable.

A pesar de que el propietario fue amable y la ubicacion era buena, tuvimos infestación de cucarachas. Entiendo que no es un problema del piso en sí, pero por la noche cuando volvíamos de cenar siempre encontrábamos un par vivas y todas las mañanas teníamos que recoger más de 5 muertas o envenenadas del suelo. Cuando lo comunicamos al casero nos ofreció limpiar y poner más insecticida, pero necesitan una fumigación intensa para eliminarlas, ya que es incomodo estar 9 días pensando qué nos vamos a encontrar al llegar a la cocina. El piso en sí no está sucio como tal. Leyendo las reseñas esperaba encontrarlo impecable, pero había algo de suciedad debajo de la cama e incluso un juguete y un vaso de plástico de los anteriores inquilinos del piso, cosa que comunicamos. Es una pena porque cogimos este pagando un poco más que otros que vimos precisamente por los comentarios de la limpieza y tuvimos que convivir con cucarachas...

Communication with host was super easy. He made sure before arrival to give all information regarding door codes and keys. Super clear instructions with photos. Location was very central. He was also super helpful and patient with getting cash for payment and finding a car for transport to airport - a very attentive host.

Room was small but included everything you would need. Perfect for solo traveler. My only recommendation would be to suggest to the building that they install those motion detector lights like they have all over Europe. The stairs and hallways were not lit the first night and I didn't know where the switch was in the dark. Second night someone left them on so then it was easier to see. Either leave them on or install motion detectors for activation please. Thank you.
